Disclosure This web site offers information without charge but in order for
this to be possible we have inserted adverts on the website pages. This means that if you
were to follow a link in any of the advertising we will receive a very small commission (literally a
few cents!). We also make a small commission if you purchase any of the products on our pages by
following a link to the Amazon.com website. The products are recommended only of they are excellent
products that we think would help you with your pain relief and we have personaly chosen them for this
